In celebration of the 19th anniversary of Tebo Regency, 284 residents of the Teriti and Tuo Sumay villages recently received free medical check-ups, courtesy of Asian Agri.

The activity was part of Asian Agri’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, with the company seeking to increase public health awareness, said a senior manager of PT Rigunas Agri Utama (PT RAU), a subsidiary of Asian Agri.

Head of the Sumay Health Center, Isdon Sadli, said that the government, especially the Health Office, was highly appreciative of the CSR activity, which has been carried out for four consecutive years since 2015.

“We hope this activity can be routinely carried out, and that there will be other activities which similarly support the health of the Sumay community in the future. We are ready to support programs launched by Asian Agri,” he said.
