Asian Agri recently collaborated with Lancang Kuning University, Siak Regency, the Siak Regency Agriculture Office and FKPPKS Indosawit Buatan to hold a catfish processing training.
Plasma Plantation Manager, Djuamsyah, said that the training was carried out to raise the economic value of catfish, while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among the young people around the company. Catfish processing can be a source of alternative income for families, and can also be a permanent business if it is managed properly.
