Asian Agri and the Tanoto Foundation signed a joint commitment with Pelalawan Regency Administration to support stunting prevention and reduction efforts. This MOU signing was carried out on March 15, 2023 at the 3rd floor Auditorium of the Pelalawan Regent’s Office, Riau Province.
Pelalawan Deputy Regent, H. Nasarudin, appreciated the steps taken by Asian Agri and Tanoto Foundation and stated that stunting prevention is a national program that requires collaboration from the local government and stakeholders, including the private sector. Gatot Sibuea, Group Manager from PT Inti Indosawit Subur (Asian Agri) Kebun Buatan, stated that this commitment is a manifestation of the company’s 5C principles, namely creating good for the community.
