We are committed to responding quickly and constructively to any grievance raised against any of our own operations or our suppliers, and to publicly report on each. A robust grievance procedure has been developed to resolve all verifiable complaints and conflicts with all parties in our supply chain.

    Asian Agri grievance procedure has been developed to provide guidelines for handling grievances related to the sustainability practices within its supply chains. The grievance procedure is provided here.
